Leslie Wallace

President

Leslie has been in the accounting field for over 20 years. She is also the owner of JoMar Credit Repair, where she has taught classes regarding credit and collections to small business owners for the City of Fort Worth Business Assistance Program and spoken at colleges, TXDOT Expos, and at the NAACP Austin convention. Leslie brings her expertise in accounting and administration to help grow the company.

Jordan Green -Wallace

Creative Media Director

Jordan joined the team in 2022 and is currently a student at Walla Walla University pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, and will be graduating in June 2025. Jordan brings her expertise in social media and marketing.

Robert Wallace

Vice President

Robert is a retired city of Fort Worth employee who founded Nitty Gritty Powerwashing in 2003. He started off with a small group of employees washing Semi-Trucks and cleaning gas stations parking lots. As the business grew he started powerwashing for companies such as Mrs.Bairds, the City of Fort Worth, and Arlington. Robert also received his degree in Business Administration.

Margaret Green -Wallace

Project Manager/Budget Analyst

Margaret joined the team in 2022 and is currently a student at the University of Texas at Arlington. Margaret is pursuing her bachelor of arts degree in International Business/Chinese. Margaret graduated in May 2023.
